The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Foreign Board of Commisioner and Board of Director on Financial Performance in ManufactureCompanies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of time 2011-2015. Foreign Presence in Board of Commisioner is measured using the total number of foreign board of commisioner and Foreign Board of Director is measured using the total number foreign board of director. Firm performance is measured using logarithma natural Tobin’s Q . The sample used in this study is a manufacture companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of time 2011-2015. 51 companies are used in this selected by purposive sampling method. Panel data regression model used in this study. Result from this study, that nationality diversity on board of commisioner and board of director has no significant effect on firm performance. Control variable that used in this study resulted that Firm Size have significant effect on Firm Performance, Board Size has no significant effect on firm performance, Age has no significant effect on firm performance, Growth have significant effect on Firm Performance and leverage have significant effect on firm performance.
