State University Of Jakarta. This paper is to find out about the work discipline in Bulog Division of Jakarta. The method that used in this research is descriptive analysis by data collection through the library’s study, and observation. From the results it can be seen that the discipline on Perum Bulog Division of Jakarta is low, it can be seen from, 1) the employee is not on time, and 2) employees are not too much attention to the rules and there's no punishment for employees who violate the rules of office. The conclusion of this paper can be seen that the increase in the discipline necessary efforts to support, by giving some punishment and motivation for employees. Keywords: Work Discipline
