This study aimed to describe the work stress, work satisfaction, employees’ performance, and examine whether there is any negative effect of work stress on employees’ performance, positive effect of work satisfaction on employees’ performance, and effects of work satisfaction and work stress on employees’ performance. This study employed survey and documentation. To collect the data, the researcher employed techniques of documentation, and questionnaires. While in the method of data analysis, the researcher employed regression test, requirement test, hypotheses test, and classical assumption test. This study was conducted to all employees that are 78 employees in total. The researcher gave the questionnaires to 30 employees prior to use. Based on these tests, the researcher obtained the reliability value of 0.946 to 0.956 for the work stress and job satisfaction, this means that the instrument employed in this study is very reliable. Then the researcher obtained a regression equation that is Y = 75.276 to 1.26 X1 + 0.167 X2. Based on the multiple regression test, it showed that work stress and work satisfaction had negative and significant effects on employees’ performance either simultaneously or partially.
