Education Cooperative Economics, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta, in 2016. This study aims to determine whether the foreign direct investment (FDI), and labor have an influence on economic growth in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia 2011-2015. The data used in this research is a form of time series from the years 2011-2015, with ex post facto method. The data presented annually obtained from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) of the Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Labour and BKPM. This study uses linear regression models using a model of Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Based on the results of simultaneous analysis, foreign direct investment (FDI), and labor significantly influence economic growth in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia 2011-2015. Based on the partial results of the analysis, the variable of foreign direct investment (FDI) a significant negative effect on economic growth in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia during 2011-2015. Variable labor does not affect the economic growth in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia during 2011-2015. Keywords: Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Labor, Economic Growth
