- ABSTRAK SHINDY PANGESTIKA. The Influence Of Compensation And Work Environment On Loyalty Of Teacher At Al-Muslim Senior High School, Bekasi. Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. 2016. This study aims to determine the influence of compensation and work environment on loyalty of teacher at Al-Muslim Senior High School, Bekasi, either partially or simultan. This study used survey method with quantitative approach. Collect data using interview techniques, observation and questionnaires. The population in this study were teachers who numbered 52 teachers to the overall sample. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F. Based on the results of data analysis known that there was a partial infuence of compensation to the loyalty of the teacher. Can be seen from the results of data analysis show t count amounted to 5.444 greater than ttabel 1.677. The work environment is partially also a loyalty influence on teachers, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount amounted to 4.894 greater than ttabel 1.677. Simultan there is influence between compensation and work environment to the loyalty of the teacher. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed calculated Fcount of 35.781 is greater than the value of Ftable 3,19. There are positive influence between compensation and work environment to the loyalty of teachers with multiple correlation coefficient 0.770, the research hypothesis is accepted, then known coefficient of determination (R2) of 59.4%.
