This study aims to determine how much influence the emotional intelligence and job satisfaction on teachers commitment. This study uses ex-facto method with the correlational approach. Observations of SMK Bina Utama 1 Bekasi Students performed through a census. Collecting data using interview and questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis showed a positive influence of emotional intelligence on the commitment of teachers to the results tcount (3.190)> t table (1.67793), and there are positive influence between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of the teachers' commitment to the results tcount (2.608)> t table (1 , 67 793), and there are positive influence between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of the teachers' commitment to the results of F (19.466)> F table (3.20). Variations influence of two independent variables can be determined based on the R2 value of 0.453. Variable commitment so that 45.3% of teachers are influenced by emotional intelligence and job satisfaction and the rest influenced by other factors outside the research model. Simultaneously the relationship between the variables of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and commitment of teachers is strongly at 0.673.
