Relationship between Images and Members of “Budi Setia” Cooperative Employee at Pegadaian Central Jakarta Branch. Study Program: Economy Education. Concentration: Cooperative and Economy Education. Department: Economy and Administration, Economy Faculty, Jakarta State University, 2015. 

This research is aimed to describe correlation between cooperative images and its participation. The research had been conducted within four months, since March to June 2015. The writer used approach method for running the survey. Population for this research participated by employee at Pegadaian Central Jakarta branch. Variable data (Y) is cooperative members’ participation and variable data (X) is cooperative images. This research implemented analysis requirement for its data test by measuring normality regression of error estimation Y to X with Liliefors test with signification rate of a + 1.05. The writer took Y = 82.32 + 0.512X as the formula. The calculation result from L(count) = 0,087 and L (table) = 0.114 showed regressing estimation error of Y and X produced normal distribution. Empirically, correlation between cooperative images has affected cooperative employee participation. Relationship between both variables
resulted positive point where good cooperative images to be in line with high participation of its employee, while negative cooperative images will lower the employee’s participation. Determination of 42.06% coefficient point explained about cooperative images support positive contribution toward participation of cooperative employee of 42.06%.
