The purpose of this research is to know whether there is a positive influence between the qualification of teachers and the quality of education in Upper Secondary Schools in Indonesia? And whether there is a positive influence between the socio-economic status students to the quality of education in Upper Secondary Schools in Indonesia?. This research using the research method ekspos facto using the multiple regression analysis. The type of data that is used in the secondary data that were quantitative namely the merger of data time series and data cross section or panel data. The scope of this research is the quality of education, teachers qualifications and socio-economic status of high school students in 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2012-2015 with the number of observations as much as 132. The results of the research is that there is a positive and significant impact between teachers qualifications against the quality of education in senior high school. There is a positive influence and not significant contributions from the socio-economic status students to the quality of education in senior high school. Simultaneously variables teacher qualifications and socioeconomic status students significantly affect the quality education of senior high school in Indonesia. The degree of the influence of teacher qualifications and socio-economic status students are able to explain the diversity of the value in the variable quality of education by 67%.
