The sampling technique used is random sampling with a sample of 48 respondents. The instrument used to obtain data on variable X (Job Stress) and Y variables (absenteeism) in this study were measured using a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique starts by looking for a simple regression equation and the regression equation Y= 0,004 + 0,081 X, while the test requirements of the analysis are the estimated regression error normality test Y on X with L obtained LilieforsL 0,0986< 0,1279, this means that linier regression by using the table Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) test was obtained regression equation F count = 9,99 >F = 4,05 which states mean regression and regression. Correlation coefficient hypothesis test conducted using the formula r table Product Moment by Pearson yield of = 0,422; this means the relationship between two variables was strong. Test of significance with t count equal to = 3,16, and t xy table value of = 1,68. Because t from the above study, it can be concluded that there was a significant relationship between job stress with absenteeism in the PT. Sanghiang Perkasa. Test determination coefficient KD of 17,84% yield. So it is concluded that there are positive and significant relationship between job stress with absenteeism.
