This study aims to determine the effect of the number of members and the capital to the rest of the results of operations of the cooperative in the province of Maluku. The object of this research is the acquisition of net income in the cooperative in Maluku province and the influence of the number of members and the capital to the acquisition of net income. The scope of this study are 12 districts/cities in the province which took the annual data on the cooperative development of the year 2010 to 2015 with the number of panel data amounted to 72 data. The results of this study found there is a direct effect of a significant and positive between Member Number (X 1) to Time Results of Operations (Y) on cooperatives in the province of Maluku 2010-2015, there is a direct effect of significant and positive between Capital (X2) against Time Results of Operations (Y) on cooperatives in the province of Maluku 2010-2015 and there is a direct effect of significant and positive between Member Number (X1) to Capital (X2) on cooperatives in the province of Maluku 2010-201.
