  • ABSTRACT MUHAMMAD IRWAN FAUZI. ANALYSIS THE INFLUENCE OF BI RATE, NPL, CAR AND LDR ON DISTRIBUTION of MSMEs CREDIT BY BANK PERSERO IN INDONESIA (IN 2011-2015). Cooperative Economics Education, Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2016. This study aims to determine whether the BI Rate, NPL, CAR and LDR have an influence on MSMEs credit extended by Bank Persero. The data used in this research is the data type Time Series from the years 2011-2015 on a monthly basis with a total sample of 60. BI Rate Data obtained from Bank Indonesia. Then the other data that the number of MSMEs credit, NPL, CAR and LDR obtained from the Indonesian Banking Statistics issued by the institution Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing while using t - test to test the effect of partial variables and test - F to test the effect of variables simultaneously with a significance level of 5%. The findings indicate that the BI Rate has no effect on MSMEs credit, nonperforming loans (NPL) and Adequency Capital Ratio (CAR) a significant negative effect on MSMEs credit. While Loan to Deposit Ratio positive and significant effect on MSMEs credit. To increase MSMEs credit Bank Persero should have better credit management again so that the NPL on the type of MSMEs credit can be reduced and optimize the use of financial resources (capital) owned. In addition, the Bank Persero whose status as a governmentowned bank must work to gether with government programs that want To increase MSMEs credit through bank credit. Therefore, the Bank should be able to optimize its intermediary function can extend credit to MSMEs more optimally.
