  • Apri Dwi Setiawati, 2017: Effect of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and the Working Environment on Job Satisfaction Fire Brigades Sector 1 in Dept. of Fire and Rescue East Jakarta Administration City. Skripsi, Jakarta: Human Resource Management Concentration, S1 Management Studies Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: 1) To know the description of Safety and Occupational Health (K3) and the working environment. 2) To determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on job satisfaction. 3) To determine the effect on job satisfaction working environment. 4) To determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and environmental work together on job satisfaction. Data collected by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 21.A questionnaire was used as a method of data collection.The number of samples in the study of 89 respondents employees Sector 1 in Dept. of Fire and Rescue East Jakarta Administration City.The results showed 1) Occupational health and safety (K3) positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. 2) The working environment positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.3) Occupational health and safety (K3) and working environment simultaneously significant effect on employee job satisfaction.R2 in this study was 49.7%, this means that the model can explain 49.7% of research on employee job satisfaction, while 50.3% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
