This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data influence achievement motivation on conformity Grad X Accounting Vocational High School 40 Jakarta Timur. This research was conducted by survey method with the correlational approach. This research was conducted on March to April 2016. The population in this research were all students in Vocational High School 40 Jakarta Timur. Affordable population in this research were grad X Accounting student with totaling 70 students. Total of samples used were 58 students. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The Instruments used in this research is a form of questionnaire with 40 statement for achievement motivation variable and 34 statement for conformity variables. Besed on analysis requirements test, data is normally distributed and linear with regression equation Ý = 152,21- 41. Data was declared normal because result of < with the number of 0,07233 and with significance level of 5% and n = 58 then 0,11634. Based on regression linearity test, the data showed that result is linear because < with the number 1,04 and 1,89. In hypothesis testing, to result showed that the significance of regression test has significance because > with the number of is 6,03 and is 4,01. Correlation coefficient test that was also carried out obtain a yield of -0,312, which means a negative relationship between achievement motivation with variable conformity. Based on the correlation coefficient significance test (t- test) showed that amounted to -2,45 with on n-2 (58-2) = -2,00. This means there is a significant relationship between the two variables because the result < . Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination for both variables produce 0,0972 which means that amounted to 9,72% of achievement motivation may affect conformity, while the rest influenced by other variables that are not described preformance this research.
