This aim of the study is to find out if The Influence of Student Perception About Teaching Skill and Using The Medium of Instruction to Learning Achievement in Introduction of Accounting on Students Class X SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta Barat. The hypothesis of this study are: There are influence of student perception about teaching skill to learning achievement, there are influence of student perception about using the medium of instruction to learning achievement, and there are influence of student perception about teaching skill and using the medium of instruction to learning achievement. The method that has been used was the survey method with the quantitative approach. The population is all students in SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta Barat and reached population is all accounting students class X with the amount of 139 students. The sampling technique that has been used was a proportional random sampling as many as 100 students. The data collecting that has been used was questionnaire and documentation. Before the instrument was used, the validity test for student perception about teaching skill variable with 40 statements has been validated as many 30 statements with 10 statements drop has done. The validity test for student perception about using the medium of instruction variable with 38 statements has been validated as many 30 statements with 8 statements drop has done. The result reliability for teaching skill the value is 0,922. The result reliability for using of medium instruction the value is 0,931. Based on finding of the regression coefficient test simultaneous, the value of (38,762 > 3,0902) with a sig. of 0,000 with level sig. of 0,05. It can be conclude that there is an influence of student perception about teaching skill and using the medium of instruction to learning achievement simultaneously. While the finding of the partial regression coefficient test, teaching skill (4,899 > 1,985) can be conclude that the teaching skill affects on learning achievement significantly, for study interest (3,095 > 1,985) it can be concluded that the using the medium of instruction affects on learning achievement significantly. The hypothesis showed simultaneously or partially all there independent variable (student perception about teaching skill and using the medium of instruction) affects on the dependent variable (learning achievement).
