Study Program of Economics Education, Consentration of Accounting Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta 2016. The aim of this research is to determine the influence academic services quality on students satisfaction Study Program of Economics Education Faculty of Economic State University of Jakarta by using empirical data and facts are valid and reliable. This research conduct at Faculty of Economic State University of Jakarta. The research method use is survey method. Data collection using technique observation and questionaire. The population in this study is Study Program of Economics Education as many as 218 people. The sample used as many as 135 people. The sampling technique in this study is proportional random sampling. Data analysis technique used was the regression equation, test requirements analysis, hypothesis testing, significance testing and test the coefficient of determination. Regression equation in this research is Ŷ = 29,98 + 0,63 X. From this equation test requirements analysis conducted by normality test error estimate the regression of Y on X obtained by Liliefors. Lcount < Ltable (0,06061 < 0,7625). It mean the data are normally distributed. On the liniearity the regression test we got the result Fcount (0,33) < F (1,51) which can be conclude that the regression model is linear. As for the meaningful test obtained F count (102,23) > F table table (3,91), indicating that the regression equation means. The test result by using a correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment values obtained r = 0,659. This means there is a positive relationship between academic services quality to students satisfaction of Study Program of Economics Education Faculty of Economic State University of Jakarta. From the t-test calculations obtained t xy count = 10,11 > t = 1,97 indicating a significant relationship between academic services quality (variable X) to students satisfaction (variable Y). From the calculation result obtained 43,46% coefficient of determination so it can be said that the variable Y students satisfaction is determined by the variable X academic services quality of 43,46%. To improve the quality of academic service expected academic services staff Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta faster and responsive in providing academic services to students.
