  • ABSTRACT FIQIH MAULIDA. Influence Between Compensation and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in Senior High School 103 Jakarta. Essay. Jakarta: Concentration of Economic Education Cooperative Studies Program of Economic Education, State University of Jakarta. 2015 This study aims to determine how much influence the Compensation and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in Senior High School 103 Jakarta is located in the Mawar Merah VI, Perumnas Klender, East Jakarta conducted since November 2015. This study used survey method with the correlational approach. In this study, the population was all teachers in Senior High School 103 Jakarta numbering 58 people, then 50 people with the status of civil servants (PNS) were sampled. The instrument used in this study is in the form of non-test questionnaire, each consisting of a statement to the variable X1 (Compensation), a statement to the variable X2 (Work Discipline) and a statement to the variable Y (Teacher Performance). Based on the results of data analysis showed that: 1) Partially significant value compensation on teacher performance 0.0352 <0.05. It can be concluded that the compensation significant positive effect on the performance of teachers. 2) partially significant value discipline of work on teacher performance 0.0290 <0.05. It can be concluded that the discipline of work significant positive effect on the performance of teachers. R Squared value of the independent variable in this study is equal to 0.790217 which shows the donations influence between compensation and working discipline on teacher performance of 79.02%.
