Economic Education Studies Program, Concentration in&#xD; Accounting Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of&#xD; Economics, State University of Jakarta, in 2016.&#xD; &#xD; This study aims to determine the effect of Adversity Quotient To Achievement&#xD; Motivation of Students Class XI SMKN 44 Jakarta based on data and facts are&#xD; valid and reliable.&#xD; &#xD; The study was conducted in SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta Metode used method survey.&#xD; Populasi affordable in this study were students of class XI program accounting&#xD; expertise totaling 135 students. Teknik sampling using proportional random&#xD; sampling to obtain a sample of 100 students. To gather data from the two&#xD; variables used research instrument shaped Likert scale for Adversity Quotient&#xD; (Variable X) and Achievement Motivation (Variable Y)&#xD; &#xD; Regression equation in this research is &#x176; = 85,74 + 0.26 X. From this equation&#xD; test requirements analysis conducted by normality test error estimate the&#xD; regression of Y on X obtained by Liliefors.L&#xD; count&#xD; &lt;L&#xD; (0,0843 &lt; 0,0886). It mean&#xD; the data are normally distributed. On the liniearity the regression test we got the&#xD; result F&#xD; count&#xD; table&#xD; (1.50) &lt; F table (1.60) can be inferred that the regression model&#xD; linear. As for the significance test of Fcount (22.65)&gt; F table (3.94) which&#xD; indicates the regression equation means. the result of the correlation coefficient&#xD; using the product moment of Pearson obtained value rxy0.4333. this means there&#xD; is a positive relationship between adversity quotient with achievement motivation&#xD; of students in class XI program accounting and business administration SMK&#xD; Negeri 44 Central Jakarta. From t-test calculations obtained t = 4.759&gt; table =&#xD; 1.984 which indicates a significant relationship between the variables X that&#xD; adversity quotient with a variable Y is achievement motivation.
