SMKN 44 Jakarta. Economic Education Studies Program, Concentration in
Accounting Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of
Economics, State University of Jakarta, in 2016.

This study aims to determine the effect of Adversity Quotient To Achievement
Motivation of Students Class XI SMKN 44 Jakarta based on data and facts are
valid and reliable.

The study was conducted in SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta Metode used method survey.
Populasi affordable in this study were students of class XI program accounting
expertise totaling 135 students. Teknik sampling using proportional random
sampling to obtain a sample of 100 students. To gather data from the two
variables used research instrument shaped Likert scale for Adversity Quotient
(Variable X) and Achievement Motivation (Variable Y)

Regression equation in this research is Ŷ = 85,74 + 0.26 X. From this equation
test requirements analysis conducted by normality test error estimate the
regression of Y on X obtained by Liliefors.L

the data are normally distributed. On the liniearity the regression test we got the
result F

(1.50) < F table (1.60) can be inferred that the regression model
linear. As for the significance test of Fcount (22.65)> F table (3.94) which
indicates the regression equation means. the result of the correlation coefficient
using the product moment of Pearson obtained value rxy0.4333. this means there
is a positive relationship between adversity quotient with achievement motivation
of students in class XI program accounting and business administration SMK
Negeri 44 Central Jakarta. From t-test calculations obtained t = 4.759> table =
1.984 which indicates a significant relationship between the variables X that
adversity quotient with a variable Y is achievement motivation. From the
calculation of determination coefficient of 18.77%, so it can be said that the
variable Y achievement motivation is determined by the variable X adversity
