This research aims to analyze the influences of motivation and learning discipline to the economics learning outcomes at grade 10 students in 31 Senior High School East Jakarta. This research used survey method. The population in this research is student of grade 10 social class, with the sample of 88 students. The sampling technique used in this research is propotional random sampling which is sampling technique by observing the proportion in the sample region. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. The results of path analysis in this study shows that: 1) Learning motivation directly affect economics learning outcomes. 2) Learning discipline directly affect economics learning outcomes. 3) Learning motivation directly affect learning discipline. 4) Learning motivation indirectly affect the economics learning outcomes.
