This study aims to determine whether there is a good competitiveness cross index, cross-country and across year, whether global competitiveness in the ASEAN region has been uneven or not, where is the pillar which became the main focus as well as it is configuration over the last eight years. The method used in this study is in the form of time series of the year 2008-2015 in seven ASEAN countries, with the ex post facto method. The data presented each year derived from the WEF (World Economic Forum) and the World Bank. This study used a descriptive statistical models. Based on the analysis simultaneously, twelve global competitiveness index has a positive and significant correlation. Based on the partial results of the analysis, not all indices show positive results, two global competitiveness index shows a negative correlation result is an index of labor market efficiency and market size.
