This study aims to determine the influence of third party funds and non performing loans to credit disbursement of micro small medium enterprise in Indonesian commercial banks 2011-2015. Commercial Banks have become the object of study because the growth credit disbursement of Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) in commercial banks decreased. This study used ex post facto method. Data analysis technique used is the test for normality, heteroscedasticity test, panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on t test results can be concluded that third party funds have positive effect and significant on the credit disbursement while the variable nonperforming loans (NPL) have no significant negative effect on the Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) credit disbursement. Based on F test results it can be concluded that variables third party funds and non-performing loans (NPL) simultaneously have influence on credit disbursement of Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Indonesian Commercial Banks. Variations the influence of two independent variables can be known by the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.656. Thus, 65.6% of the variation MSME credit disbursement is influenced by third party funds and non performing loans (NPL) and the rest influenced by other factors outside the research model.
