Lecturer Advisor: Dr. SitiNurjanah , SE , M.Si and Dicky Iranto , SE , This study aims to determine how big the Influence Of Educational Fasilities and Professional Teachers About The Equality Of High School Education In Indonesia either simultaneously or partially. The data used in this research is secondary data, the type of data time series and cross section the 2010-2014 period a total of 33 provinces in Indonesia, the selection have been based on data contained in the area each year. This research resulted in 165 observations, obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Ministry of Education and Culture and the National Accreditation Board for School / Madrasah. The research method used facto.Teknik exposure method of data analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Using the model of multiple regression analysis using software Eviews 7.0, the output indicates that the Education Facilities (X1) and significant positive effect on the Quality of Education (Y) in Indonesia and Teachers (X2) and signifikant a positive effect on the Quality of Education (Y) in Indonesia. From the results of F test with due regard to the significance value = 0.000000 <0.05, it can be said simultaneous education facilities and professional teachers have a significant effect padaa = 5% of the quality of education in Indonesia Coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by 0.835683 had the sense that the quality education can be explained by changes in education facilities and professional teachers for 83.56%, while the rest is explained by other factors that do not exist in this research model. Kesimpulanya there is impact on educational quality educational facilities at 0.0477 and professional teacher influence on the quality of education at 0.0000.
