The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture and compensation to employees job satisfaction of PT ASABRI (Persero). This research was conducted during February, starting from February 2017 until May 2017. This research used survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT ASABRI (Persero). Technique of sampling using random technique proportional, so got the number of research sample counted 149 respondents. Data collection techniques used survey techniques, document recording and questionnaires. Data analysis technique performed is analysis requirements test consisting of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on the result of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between the organizational culture and job satisfaction. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 7,972 > value ttabel 1.976. Then there is a partial influence between compensation and job satisfaction. Can be seen from the data analysis results note that the value of tcount of 6,729 > ttable value 1.976. organizational culture and compensation simultaneously affect the job satisfaction, it is seen from the results of data that shows the value of Fhitung of 86,773 > Ftabel value of 3,06. The regression equation obtained is Y= 32,307 + 0,383X1 + 0,327X2 . Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value R2 0,543 which means organizational culture (X1) and compensation (X2) effect of job satisfaction (Y) of 54,3%. Then there is the effect of Organizational Culture and Compensation on job satisfaction on employees. The lowest indicator on Job Satisfaction is interesting, should the company give more jobs to employees who can increase interest, not always with a saturate job. The lowest indicator on Compensation is salary, should the company re-evaluate whether the salary given is in accordance with the work done, and the lowest indicator on Organizational Culture is a risktaking indicator, should the company can encourage employees to take risks in the work done.
