The aim of this research was to determined in cooperative learning Think Pair Share on learning motivation student class X accounting in Vocational Senior High School 16 Jakarta by using empirical data and facts are valid and reliable. This research conduct at SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. The research method used is an experimental method, Posttes Only Control Desain. The sample were students class X Accounting in Vocational Senior High School 16 Jakarta. Sample were taken using simple random sampling technique. To get data ffrom variable, researcher used likert scale model for learning motivation. The validity of the instrument using the formula Product Moment and reliability of the isntrumen using Alpha Cronbach. Techniques of data analysis was carried out test is a presequisite to first test for normality by using Liliefors test and homogeneity testing using F-testand then the test hypothesis used the difference using t-test. The result of the testing requirements of the analysis states that the test for normality both classes are normality distributed. Homogeneity of variance test result of the data is homogeneous. Hypothesis testing showed that the obtained t count of 1,765. As for t tabel is 1,684. Therefore t count more than t table meaning that t count > t table (1,765 > 1,684), Ho refused and Ha accepted which means there is a significant effect in the use of cooperative learning Think Pair Share for learning motivation class X accounting in Vocational Senior High School 16 Jakarta.
