The Influence of Compensation and Work Environment to Work &#xD; Satisfaction of Private Vocational High School Teacher in Kembangan&#xD; Subdistrict, West Jakarta. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2017 &#xD; &#xD; The aims of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and work &#xD; environment to work satisfaction of private vocational high school teacher in&#xD; Kembangan Subdistrict, West Jakarta. based on data and facts are valid and&#xD; reliable. The method used was survey method with quantitative approach. The&#xD; data collecting that has been used was questionnaire. The population in this&#xD; researh are the techers of private vocational highs school in Kembangan, West&#xD; Jakarta. The affordable population in this study were teachers of SMK Al-Ihsan,&#xD; SMK Bina Insan Mandiri and SMK Satria which amount to 128 teachers. The&#xD; sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling to obtain a&#xD; sample of 96 teachers. All variables in this researh are the primary data obtained&#xD; through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is test requirement analysis,&#xD; classical assumption test, partial correlation coefficient analysis, multiple linear&#xD; regression consist of regression equation, multiple correlation coefficient&#xD; analysis, T test, F test and coefficient of determination analysis (R&#xD; ). Based on the&#xD; results of data analysis known that there was a partial effect between&#xD; compensation and job satisfaction. Can be seen from the results of data analysis&#xD; showing the value of t count of 2.117 &gt; t table of 1.985. Work environment also&#xD; has an influence on job satisfaction partially, it is seen from the results of data&#xD; analysis showing the value of t count of 7.187 &gt; t table of 1.985. There is&#xD; influence between compensation and work environment to job satisfaction of&#xD; teacher simultaneously. The result of data analysis shows the value of Fcount&#xD; equal to 30,014&gt; Ftabel equal to 3,09. There is a positive influence between&#xD; compensation and work environment on job satisfaction with multiple correlation&#xD; coefficient 0,626 hence, the hypothesies of this researh accepted, then known&#xD; coefficient of determination (R&#xD; 2&#xD; ) equal to 39,2%.
