This study aims to determine the utilization of school libraries and students' learning
motivation on the learning outcomes of introductory subjects class X accounting at
SMKN 16 Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMKN 16 Jakarta. The method used
is ex post facto. The affordable population in this study is the students of class X
Accounting, amounting to 72 students. The sampling technique using simple random
sampling with tables Issac and Michael so that got sample of 60 students. Techniques
of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study
indicate that 1) Utilization of school libraries have a significant effect on learning
outcomes of 55.1%; 2) Motivation Learning has a significant influence on learning
outcomes in accounting introductory subjects as much as 32%; 3) Utilization of school
library and student learning motivation together have a significant effect on the learning
