  • ABSTRACT ASYIFA ISMI KHAERUNNISA.8105132136. The Influence of Self Efficacy and Locus of Control to Job Satisfaction of Employee In Opprational Office of PT Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI). Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concetration of Office Administration Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2017. This Study aims to determine whether there is the influence of Self Efficacy and Locus of Control to job satisfaction of employee in Opprational Office of PT Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI). The research was conducted over three month from February to April 2017. The research method used is survey method with the causuality. The research population was all employee of PT Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI), the sample used as many as 89 employee by using proportional random sampling. Data variable Y (Job Satisfaction), X 1 (Self Efficacy) and data variable X2 (Locus of Control) questionnaire using likert scale. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 22.0. From the result of F test, found that F count (36,726) > Ftable (3,15). This means that X1 and X 2 simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce tcount of X1 is (7,157) = ttable (1,664). Because tcount = t table , It can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the job satisfaction between Self Efficacy and X2 (3,158) = t table (1,664). Because tcount = ttable , It can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the job satisfaction between Locus of Control. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 0,461 or 46,1% variable Y determined by X1 and X2 . Based on the results of the multiple regression equationobtained the equation is Y = 41,936 + 0,829X1 + 0,381X2. Beside that, the result of R2 eqqual to 0,461 which means that Self Efficacy and job environment can explained job satisfaction eqqual to 46,1% and 53,9% explained with another variabel.
