ABSTRACT Mohammad Rafly Aditia. The Impact of Mean Year Schooling and Age of Life Expectancy, Economic Education, Faculty of Economy, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2017. This research is talking about the impact of mean year schooling and age of life expectancy to the poverty rate in districts of Papua Province on 2010-2014. This research using data from Badan Pusat Statistik and using regression panel data method with Eviews 8.0. The result of this research shows that mean year schooling that symbolizing the level of education has negative significant effect to the poverty rate with the coefficient rate is -0.0359 , also the age of life expectancy that symbolizing the quality of health has negative significant effect to the poverty rate with the coefficient rate is -0.0507.
