This study aims to describe member's knowledge about cooperatives, service quality, and participation of members and to examine the influence of members' knowledge about cooperatives and service quality to member participation in PDAM Kota Bogor Employee Cooperative Tirta Sanita, Tajur, Bogor. This research used survey method. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, tests and questionnaires with the number of respondents as much as 227 members of the Cooperative Employees PDAM Kota Bogor Tirta Sanita. Research on member knowledge about cooperatives as X1 through test instruments that have been tested the validity and reliability. Quality of Service as X2 and Member Participation as Y is examined through non test instrument in the form of questionnaire which has also been tested its validity and reliability, so that the instruments in this research is valid and reliable to be used. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The result of t test shows that partially the member knowledge about cooperatives and service quality significantly influence member participation. The result of F test shows that member knowledge about cooperatives and service quality simultaneously influences member participation.
