- ABSTRACT KHOLIFATUN NISA. The Effect of Work Motivation and Personality to the Teacher Performance at Senior High School 102 in Cakung, East Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Education Studies of Economics, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2017. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and personality to the performance teacher, partially or simultaneously. This research uses survey method with quantitative approach. The population of this research is the teacher of SMA Negeri 102 Jakarta with 40 population with sample 40 teachers. Data collection using questionnaire containing statement with likert scale. Data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis which then processed with SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that there is the effect of work motivation and personality to teacher performance. Simultaneously there is the effect of work motivation and personality to teacher performance. The effect of work motivation and personality to teacher performance SMA 102 in Cakung, East Jakarta by 58% and the balance of 42% is influenced by other factors not examined.
