This research conducted to determine influence between Organisational Commitment and Work Motivation to Performance of employees at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero). This research used survey method with causality approach, and use secondary data (Employees’ Performance) and primary data (organizational commitment and work motivation). The sampling technique that used in this research is proportional random sampling technique with 75 respondents as sample. Data account which used is SPSS 17.0. From the result of F – Test, found that organisational commitment and work motivation simultaneously influence performance as seen from F count (161.663) > Ftabel (3.124 ) and it also seen from its significance 0,000. Then partially, organisational commitment has T count (2.329) < Ttabel (1.666). That means that organisational commitment has a significant directly effect on performance. In the other hand, work motivation has Tcount (13.629) > Ttabel (1.666). It means that work motivation has significant directly effect on performance. Besides that, path coefficient of organisational commitment on performance equal to 0.019 which means organisational commitment has contribution on performance 1.9%. Path coefficient for work motivation is 0.820 which means work motivation has contribution on performance 67.2%. Path coefficient organisational commitment to work motivation equals to 0.549, so path coefficient organisational commitment on performance indirectly by job satisfaction is 0.063. Which means organisational commitment has contribution on performance indirectly by work motivation 6.3%. Total path coefficient organisational commitment toward performance is 0.59, it means the total contribution of organisational commitment on performance is 59%.
