This research conducated to describe the relationship between Workload with Job Performance on Employee on Balai Permasyarakatan Kelas I Jakarta Selatan in East Jakarta. The study was conducted over four months from April to Juny 2013. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. Populasi affrdable in this study were 60 all employees of Balai Permasyarakatan Kelas I Jakarta Selatan in East Jakarta. The number of samples taken from the population is 51 employees by usingthe standard simple random sampling technique. Data Y variabel (Job performance) is secondary data scor for job performance employee from the company and data X variabel (workload) is secondary data obtained from the company is analysis workload employees. Requirements test analysis is performed by finding the regression equation obtained was Y = 84,55 + 0,009 X. The result of normality test error estimate of Y on X using the Lilliefors test and obtained L0 = 0,081 compared with Ltabel at significance level 0,05 is 0,124. Because L0 > Lt , then the variables X and Y are normally distributed. Testing the hypothesis by geberating regression test Fhitung (12,87) > Ftabel (4,00) which means the regression equation is significant. Fhitung kelinearan regression test result F hitung (0,56) < Ftabel (2,55) so that is can be concluded that the linear regression equation. Test Product Moment correlation coefficient Rxy field of 0,456. Keberartian test is then performed using the correlation coefficient t-test, produce tcount t hitung (3,59) > t tabel (1,67). The result of these studies concluded thta is a significant and positive relationship between workload with job performance. With a coefficient of determation or test result obtained 20,81 determaint job performance (variabel Y) is determined by workload (variabel X).
