This research conducted to find out if there is Influence between Emotional Intelligent and Work Stress of Job Performance on Employee Koperasi Telekomunikasi Selular (Kisel) Jabotabek and Banten Area. This research was conducted for four months starting October 2012 until January 2013. The research method used is the survey method with correlation approach. The population of research is all employees Koperasi Telekomunikasi Selular (Kisel) Jabotabek and Banten Area 49 people. The sample used as many as 44 people using simple random techniques. The instruments used to obtain data on the X1 variable (Emotional Intelligent) replica of Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS), X2 variable (Work Stress) using replica of Stress Diagnostic Survey (SDS). The instrument used in the form questionnaire. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 17.0. F-test result Fcount (22,811) > Ftable (3,21), this means X1 (Emotional Intelligent) and X2 (Work Stress) simultaneously affect the Y (Job Performance). T-test results in tcount of X1 (Emotional Intelligent) registration 4,011 and ttables of 1,680, because 4,011 >-t table (1,680) then declared emotional intelligent has significant positive influence on job performance. While tcount from X2 (Work Stress) of -3,527and ttable of 1,680, because -3,527 <- ttable (-1,680), then it can be inferred that there was a significant negative influence between work stress of the job performance. As for the R2 of 0,509 which means that the job performance can be explained by the variable emotional intelligent and work stress 50,9 % and the remaining 49,1 % influenced by other variables which are not examined.
