PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI PADA KARYAWAN PT APLIKANUSA LINTASARTA JAKARTA

Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2013. The research healed at PT. Metbelosa for two months since Mei until June 2013. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know more effect of training on motivation of PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta Jakarta. . The method of research is survey method with comparative causal approach and the data is got from instrument to employee at PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta Jakarta. The population research was all of employees with 8 employees of Supply Chain Industry, CAM Resources, and Customer Care divisions. Samples used as many as 65 employees and using propotional random sampling. Collecting Y variable data (Motivation), using likert scale model questionnaire. Befor the instrument used, the construct validityfor the variabel Y was tested, the result is from 31 statements of variable Y that has been validated. After that, reliability of the variable Y (Motivation) is 0,930. The normality test use Liliefors formula and the result of normality data for variable X 1 is L count 0,099 and L table 0,150 or Lcount < Ltable it’s mean X1 variable has normal distribution. The result of normality data for X2 is Lcount = 0,069 and L table = 0,0161 or L count < L table , it’s mean X2 variable has normal distribution. Homogeneity test result is F table = 1,85 and F count = 1,15 or F count < F table. It’s mean both of data have homogeneity varians. Next research is t-test with the result t count = 7,396 and t table = 2,00. It’s mean t table < t count . The conclusion of this research shown, that training can effects employees motivation.
