  • ABSTRACT IING HAERUDIN. 8115082384. The Correlation Between Self Efficacy and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employees at PT Fujisei Plastik Seitek. Under Graduated Theses, Jakarta: Concentration of Educational of Office Administration, Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2012. The purpose of this research is to find out the correlation between Self Efficacy and Organizational Citizensship Behavior (OCB) on employees at PT Fujisei Plastik Seitek. The research was done for three months since May until July 2012. Survey method with correlational approach was used in this research. The population of this research are the employees PT Fujisei Plastik Seitek with 170 employees as limited population on Production Department and 114 employees as the sample and this research use simple random sampling. To get the X variable’s data, this research used the instruments which are measured by questionnaire using Likert Scale. Y variable was also measured by questionarre using likert scale. The regression equality of this research is Y = 54,306 + 0,773X. The normality test by using liliefors table results Lcount = 0,0575 meanwhile the Ltable for sample of 114 = 0,0830, Because of Lcount < Ltable,X variable and Y variable has a normal distribution . the hipothesis test by using meaning regression test got the Fcount = 31,78 and Ftable 3,93. Because of Fcount 31,78 > Ftable 3,93, it can be proved that the regression equality is significant.. From the regression linearity test, got F table = 1,66 meanwhile F = 0,88. Because of F count (0,88) < F (1,66), it can be conclude that regression equality is linear. The coeficient correlation test of Product Moment results r table = 0,470. Then coeficient correlation test by using t-test results t (1,98). It can be concluded that there is a positive correlation between selfefficacy and OCB on the employees at PT Fujisei Plastik Seitek. Coeficient determination test results 22,11%. It is mean that 22,11% OCB on employees are influenced by self-efficacy and 77,89% are influenced by another factor.
