Skripsi, Jakarta: Education Program Office Administration, Department of Economics Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016 This study aims to determine whether there is influence between cultures organization and work motivation on employee performance of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta and Tangerang. This study was conducted over three months starting from April to June 2016. The method used is survey method with approach of causality. The population in this study is all employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta and Tangerang. This study was conducted over three months, starting from April to June 2016. The population in this study is all employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Jakarta and Tangerang totaling 275 people and affordable researchers took population in the Field Procurement, Planning and the Minister for Human Resources and Organization totaling 66 employees and samples used by 55 employees with using sample random sampling technique. Instrument used for obtaining data X1 (cultural organizations) and X2 (motivation to work) is measured using a questionnaire with Likert scale. For a variable Y (performance) data using a secondary data is data derived from PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta and Tangerang. The data is then tested for validity and reliability and analysis through multiple regression technique and classical assumption test. The hypothesis tested with significant at the 0.05 margin of error using t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The result showed no significant relationship between organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance to the equation regression Y = 42,956 + 1,582X1 + 1,450X2 + e . From the analysis of the data, obtained F count was 38,755 > F = 3.18. This means that the hyphothesis that there is significant relationship between organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of the employee received. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination for R table is 0,598 which shows that organizational culture and work motivation can this section is no “influence on employee performance to 59,8%. Based on the above, it is advisable for the institutions to be able to change the organizational culture and encourage employees to internalize the culture of the organization and to encourage employees to improve employee motivation will indirectly affect the performance of the organization.”
