The aim of this research is to obtain empirical data, vaild about the influence of work motivation on employee productivity at PT Megah Megalon Industry. This research during 3 months counted from March to May 2016. Using survey method with quantitative approach. The population were all employees PT Megah Megalon as many as 345 people. Population affordability as many as 138 people. Then Sample were taken as many as 100 people using simple random sample. the variable data X1 (Motivation) instrument used was s questionnaire using Likert scale models.the resulting regression equation is Y = 11,11 + 0,105X. test requirements analysis o the normality test error of estimates regression of Y on X to produce Lilifors test 0,052, while the Ltable = 0,089. Because the Lcount < Ltable then an error estimate is normally distributed. Testing Linierity of regression produces (Fh) 1,55 < (Ft) 1,61 it means that Ho was accepted and liniearity. Regression equation Fh 63,41 > Ft 3,96 it means significant. Correlation coefficient of Product Moment generating r xy = 0,627, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and resulting, tcount 7,96 > ttable 1,67. The coeficient of determination is 39,28% and it means that 39,28% the variation of employees productivity is determined by work motivation. Keyword: Work Motivation, Employee Productivity
