  • SRI AISAH. The Correlation Between Learning Motivastion and Discipline Learning on Learning Outcomes in Student Class X on Enterpreneurship Lessons of SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta . Skirpsi. Jakarta: Study Program Of Commerce Education, Faculty Of Economics, University Of Jakarta, 2017. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta on X grade students, for nine months starting from September 2016 until May 2017. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between learning motivation with learning outcomes of entrepreneurship subjects and discipline of learning with the results of learning subjects of entrepreneurship On Student class X SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. The method used is survey method with correlational approach. The population in this study are all students of class X SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. The population of the class is X Student X as many as 141 Students. The sampling technique used is a simple random technique of 100 Students. The regression equation generated between X1 and Y is Ŷ = 52,31 + 0,42 X1. Test of analysis requirement is test of normality of regression estimation of Y over X1 with Liliefors test yield Lhitung (0,065), while Ltabel for n = 100 at siginifkan level 0,05 is (0,0886) Because Lhitung <Ltabel then error of estimate Y over X1 distributed normal. Test Regression linearity yield Fhitung <Ftabel is 1.10 < 1.72 so it can be concluded that the regression equation is linear. From regression significance test yield Fhitung> Ftable is 58,58 > 3,94, so it can be concluded that the regression equation is significant. Pearso product moment correlation coefficient resulted rxy = 0.612 then tested significance correlation coefficient by using t-test and produced thitung = 7,654 and ttable = 1,685. Thus, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.612 is positive and significant. The coefficient of determination obtained is 3441 which shows that 37,41% variable of learning result of entrepreneurship subject is determined by learning motivation. Meanwhile, the regression equation generated X2 with Y Ŷ = 51,53 + 0,45 X2. The test of analytical requirement is the normality test of regression estimation of Y over X2 with Liliefors test yield Lhitung (0,039), while Ltabel for n = 100 at the siginifkan 0.05 level is (0,0886) Because Lhitung <Ltabel then the estimated error of Y over X2 is distributed normal. The regression linearity test yields Fhitung < Ftable that is 0.88 < 1.72 so it can be concluded that the regression equation is linear. From regression significance test yield Fhitung > Ftable is 82,18 > 3,94 so it can be concluded that the regression equation is significant. Coefficient of product moment correlation from Pearso produce rxy = 0,675 subsequently tested significance correlation coefficient by using t-test and generated thitung = 9,065 and ttable = 1,685. Thus, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.675 is positive and significant. Coefficient of determination obtained by 4561 which shows that 45,61% variable of learning result determined by discipline learning.
