The Correlation between Emotional Intelegence and Learning Motivation on Academic Achievement in Students of class X at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta, Skirpsi. Jakarta: Study Program Of Commerce Education, Faculty Of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2017. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta in X grade students of all majors, during the nine months from August 2016 until March 2017. With the aim of this research is to know the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning motivation with learning achievement in students of class X SMK Country 40. Research method used is survey method with correlational approach, Population in this research is all students of class X SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. The population is class X class XK SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta as much as 171. Sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique as many as 114 students. The regression equation generated between X1 and Y is Ŷ = 55.19 + 0.37X X1 The test requirement analysis is the test of normality error of regression estimation Y over X1 with Liliefors test yield Lcitung = 0,073, while Ltabel for n 114 at significant level 0,05 Is 0.083 because Lhitung <Ltabel then the estimated error of Y over X1 is normally distributed. The regression linearity test yields Fcount <Ftable that is 1.55 <1.68 so it is concluded that the regression equation is linear. From regression significance test yield Fcount> Ftable that is, 50,07> 3,93 so it can be concluded that regression equation is significant. Coefficient of product moment from pearson resulted rxy = 0,556 subsequently tested significance correlation coefficient by using t test and yielded tcount = 7.076 and ttabel 1.40 Thus, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,556 is positive and significant. Coefficient of determination obtained by 0.3090 which shows that 30,90% variable of learning achievement determined by emotional intelligence. Meanwhile, the regression equation generated between X2 and Y is Ŷ = 52.46 + 0.42 X2 Test requirement analysis is the normality of regression error Y over X2 with Liliefors yield Lhitung = 0,0806, while Ltabel for n = 114 at significant level 0.05 is 0.083 because Lhitung <Ltabel then the estimated error of Y over X2 is normally distributed. The regression linearity test yields Fcount <Ftabel 0,98 <1,68 so it is concluded that the regression equation is linear. From regression significance test yield Fcount> Ftable is 70,44> 3,93, so it can be concluded that the regression is significant. Coefficient of product moment correlation from pearson resulted rxy = 0,621 subsequently tested significance correlation coefficient by using t test and produced tct = 8,393 and ttable = 1,40 Thus, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.621 is positive and significant. Coefficient of determination obtained by 0.3861 which shows that 38.61% variable learning achievement is determined by the motivation to learn.
<date>2017</date><type>Thesis:Thesis</type><type>PeerReview:NonPeerReviewed</type><type>Book:Book</type>
<identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/1081/1/Cover.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type>
<identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/1081/2/Table_of_Content.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type>
<identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/1081/3/Chapter_1.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type>
<identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/1081/4/Chapter_2.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type>
<identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/1081/5/Chapter_3.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type>
<identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/1081/6/Chapter_4.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type>
<identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/1081/7/Chapter_5.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type>
<identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/1081/8/Bibliography.pdf</identifier><identifier> Frimaidya, Mastiani (2017) HUBUNGAN ANTARA KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PADA SISWA KELAS X SMK NEGERI 40 JAKARTA.
