Scription, Jakarta : Study of Commerce Education, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this researches is to get a valid and reliable data of fact, to know more the relation between Classroom Climate With Learning Achievement of Students on SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. The researches has done from March 2017 until June 2017. Survey with correlation approach is use the method of this research. Students class X are the population of this research 100 students with using random sampling technique. Collecting X variable data (Classroom Climate) using questionnare instrument and Y variable (Learning Achievement) is using a evaluation of raport of students data from the school, before it has content validity test for X variable by validation process, that is the correlation coefficients valuing score with the total score and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability X variable (Classroom Climate) is 0.843. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = 48,81 + 0,43 X. After that, data normality test by using Lilliefors formula and the results is Lo = 0.052 in significant level 0.05 and Lt = 0.089. So, Lo < Lt, mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. While regressing linierity test, Fcount(0.62) < Ftable (1.71), showing that regression is linier. For regression significance test and the results is Fcount (88.42) > Ftable (3.94), showing that regression. The result of product moment of correlation coefficient significance test, is rxy 0.689. continued by using correlation coefficient significance test with test-t. Counting result is tcount 9.40, while ttable on dk = 100-2 = 98 and significance level 0.05 is 1.67 and tcount> ttable. From counting, node that it has significance relation between of determination coefficiency tes is rxy2 = 0.6892 = 0.4743. mean that 47,43% learning achievement by classroom climate and the remaining 52,57% are influenced by other factors beyond this study. The conclusion shown that research have positive relation between calssroom climate with learning achievement of students SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta.
