The Relationship Between Job Stress with Employee&#x2019;s Job Performance of PT Gikoko Kogyo Indonesia Jakarta Timur. Faculty of Economic State University of Jakarta. 2008. &#xD; &#xD; The aims of this research are to know relationship between job stress with employee&#x2019;s job performance of PT Gikoko Kogyo Indonesia Jakarta Timur. This research used the survey method. The method are collection and data analysis using questionnaires to get the relevance information about the relationship between jobstress with employee&#x2019;s performance. The place of research is in PT Gikoko Kogyo Indonesia, Pulaogadung, Jakarta Timur. This place is choosen&#xD; because PT Gikoko Kogyo Indonesia is one of manufacturing company which have many overload and it&#x2019;s must be finished on time. Population found in PT Gikoko Kogyo Indonesia are 62 people. Which used Isaac and Michael table with significantn 5% so the amount of the sample is 55 people. Sampling technique using a simple random sampling. Tfrom the Liliefors test conclude that L = 0,041 and L t = 0,1194. It&#x2019;s means L o &lt; L , so the hipotesis statistick are accept and the data is normal distribution. Form of the relationship between job stress have performance regression equation Y = 115,34 - 0,38X. This regression equation suggests that each increase of one score of job stress can cause performance degradation constant of 0.38 at 115.34. From the significant correlations result t hitung (-4.14) and &#x2013;t tabel t (-1,674). Because -t&#xD; hitung &lt; -t so that there are negative correlation between job stress with employee&#x2019;s job performance. Significant regression of the calculated values obtained Fhitung&gt; Ftabel, 17.17&gt; 4,02 then the regression model used is meaningless. From the calculation results of this study, obtained rhitung (rxy) of -0.49. This implies r &lt; 0, so that it can be concluded between the performance of work stress have a negative relationship. This means that high-stress job that will lead to lower performance on the employees at PT Gikoko Kogyo Indonesia. In addition, the obtained value of coefficient of determination of 0,2446 or 24,46%.
