  • VIRGAWATI WEDIAYUNDA, The Correlation Between Product Quality With Purchase Intention Honda Vario Motor At Commerce Education Studies Program, State University of Jakarta. Commerce Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted in Commerce Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, for five months, starting from February 2016 to June 2016. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the quality of the product by buying interest in the brand motor honda vario student of Tata Commerce Education at the Jakarta State University. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach, the population used is the entire Commerce Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics at the State University of Jakarta. The sampling technique used was by purposive sampling as many as 59 people. The resulting regression equation is Y = 34,63 + 0,71X. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X with the test Liliefors produce Lcount = 0,1053, while Ltabel for n = 59 at 0,05 significant level is 0,1153. Because Lcount < Ltabel the error estimates Y over X normal distribution. Linearity Regression Test generate Fcount < Ftable is 0,61 < 1,89, so it was concluded that the linear regression equation. Significance of the regression test produces Fcount > Ftabel is, 63,93 > 4,00, so it can be inferred that the regression equation significantly. The correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating r xy = 0,727, then the correlation coefficient significance test was done by using the t test and the resulting is tcount > ttabel is 7,995 > 1,67. Thus, we can conclude that the correlation coefficient r xy = 0,727 is significant and positive. The coefficient of determination obtained at 52,86%, which shows that 52,86% variable purchase interest is determined by the quality of the product.
