Thesis, Jakarta: Study Program of Commerce Education, Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study is aimed to investigate what factors to predict students‟ intention for becoming an entrepreneur. Four predictor variables are employed here: big five personalities, attitude, entrepreneurial education, and self-efficacy. A survey has been conducted too attracting 215 participants from three vocational schools in North Jakarta. Data are analysed using exploratory factors analysis uses SPSS v23 and confirmatory factor analysis uses AMOS v22. Finding of this study are H1 has critical ratio score of -1,467 that‟s mean H1 is unaccepted. H2 was accepted with critical ratio score 3.345. Then, H3 has 1.529 that‟s mean H3 unaccepted. The strongest factor that impact entrepreneurial intention students‟s is self-efficacy with critical score 4.266 and standardized total effect score 0.418, so H4 is accepted.
