The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation Between motivation and intention toward study outcomes On Student of marketing concentration at Jakarta vocational school 20, South Jakarta. The method in this research is survey with the correlational approach, the population in this study were all students of marketing concentration that are 207 in total. The sampling technique used was by random sampling, assumed 100 people. The regression equation is &#x176; = -12,641 + ,0,384X1 + 0,447X2. normality assumption test conclude by using spss v23 with Kolmogorov-Smirnov method, the result were all three variable, study marks, motivation and intention are greater 0,05. so all the data is normaly distributed. Linearity Regression Test with SPSS v23 using compare means method showing result 0,00 that is smaller than 0,05 so it conclude that the regression is linear. T test beetwen variables produces Fcalculate (1402,8) &gt; Ftable (3,09), therefore it can be inferred that the regression between X1 and X2 simultaneusly impacting Y. T test between X1to Y produces tcalculate (39,7) &gt; ttable (1,98) and X2 to Y tcalculate (39,7) &gt; ttable (1,98) thus, it can conclude that correlation between X1to Y and X2 to Y is positive and significant.
