This study aims to obtain valid and reliable data information and knowledge about influence of locus of control and risk taking propensity on entrepreneurial intentions amongst Commerce Education Students Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study was conducted using a survey method with correlation approach. Population in this study is all of student in commerce education program. The reacheable population was Commerce Education Students class of 2012 who has taken entrepreneurship course that included 81 students. The sampling technique used in this study was a random sampling. The number of the sample was 68 students. The calculation was based on Isaac and Michael table with 5% error. Data analysis techniques started with requirement tests. There were two kind of those tests. First, normality test with the result of a significant level was 0.578 which means data were normally distributed. Second, linearity test of each variable and the result was 0.000 which means it had a linier correlation. Multiple linear regression equation obtained was Ŷ = 12.671 + 0.302(X1) + 0.385(X2). For correlation between locus of control, risk taking propensity and entrepreneurial intentions F test showed that Fcount 23.564 > Ftable 3.14. From t-test for calculation, it showed that tcount 4.291> ttable 1.998 (Sig value 0.000 < 0.05) for correlation between locus of control and entrepreneurial intentions, tcount 3.936 > ttable 1.998 (Sig value 0.000 <0.05) for correlation between risk taking propensity and entrepreneurial intentions. The result of this study indicate that locus of control and risk taking propensity significantly influence entrepreneurial intentions in the population of Commerce Education students Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Jakarta. That is when locus of control and risk taking propensity increases, entrepreneurship intentions of students will increase, and vice versa.
