This study aims to determine whether there is influence between motivation and physical work environment on Employee Morale in Theacher Senior High School Sandikta Bekasi. This research was carried out starting from the month of March to May 2016. The method used is a survey method with the approach of causality. The population in this study were all theacher of Senior High School Sandikta Bekasi, amounting to 32 people and researcher using technique sampling saturated by using the population be sample. The instruments used to obtain data on the variables X1 (motivation), X2 (physical work environment), and Y (employee morale) was measured using a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data is then tested for validity and reliability, and analysis through multiple regression techniques and classical assumption. The hypothesis was tested with significant the margin of error of 0.05 using t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed no significant relationship between motivation and physical work environment on employee morale on teachers with the regression equation Y = 29,637 + 0,438 X1 + 0.385 X2 . From the analysis of data, obtained Fhitung is 12,937> F table is
3,330. This means that the hypothesis that there is significant relationship between motivation and physical work environment on employee morale the theacher received. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination for R2 is 47,2% while the remaining 52,8% is influenced by other factors not examined. based on the above results, it is advisable for the head of the school to be able to improve the motivation and physical work environment that created employee morale in the theachers.
