The Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, May 2016. This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data about the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Morale On Employee In PT. Total Petrogas Persada. This research during two months March until April 2016. The research was conducted by survey method with correlational approach and using primary data (job satisfaction and morale) The data was analyze by simple regression analysis and the sampling technique in this research using Simple Random Sampling technique. The population in this research were all employees at PT. Total Petrogas Persada. Affordable population in this research were the Drilling Project Employees which have the characteristics of job criteria, amount to 60 employees. Total of samples used were 51 employees research. Based on test requirement analysis, the data is normally distributed by linier regression equation Y = 27,131 + 0,658X. Based on result of hyphotesist testing can be seen that there is a significant relationship of the between job satisfaction and morale with t test, in which t count was 4,74 and t table was 1,68. Based on calculation of coefficient correlation for job satisfation (X) to morale (Y) was 0,561 which is shows that the correlation is high enough. Based on calculation of the coefficient determination was obtained 0,3147 or 31,47%. It showed that 31,47% of job satisfaction affect morale of employees, while the remaining 68,53% is influenced by other variables that are not described in this research.
