The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between job satifaction and job involvement on work motivation on employees in PT. Astra International (Honda Sales Operation) Jakarta. This research was carried out for three months since October 2015 until December 2015. The method of this research is survey method with correlation approach. The population in this research were all the employee at PT Astra International. The affordable population were all the Division of Finance, Marketting, Human Resources Development and retail with total 107 employees. Sampling techniques used was proportional random sampling, so the sample in this research is amounted 84 respondents. Data collecting work motivation (Y), Job Satifacton (X1), Job Involvement (X2) obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents.. Data analysis technique used were the test requirement analysis consists of a normality test and lineariti test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-test and f-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known that there are partially effect between the Job satifaction with work motivation. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows t count 3,430 > t table 1,666. Job involvement on work motivation, it’s seen from the results of the data analysis that shows tcount 4,530> ttable 1,666. Job satifatcion and job involvement simultaneously effect on work motivation, it’s seen by data analysis that shows f count 28,934 > ftable 3,103. The obtained regretion equation is .
