  • Abstrak: Kegiatan praktikum IPA dan usaha meningkatkan kemampuan proses sains siswa sangat lah penting untuk menghadirkan pembelajaran siswa yang dapat bersentuhan langsung dengan objek sains. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa melalui praktikum sederhana serta memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran IPA yang menarik kepada siswa melalui kegiatan praktikum. Keterampilan proses sains yang dikembangkan adalah keterampilan mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, menalar, dan menyampaikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sosialisasi dan experimen di kelas. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 2 guru dan 17 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil angket dan lembar observasi keterampilan dapat disimpulkan peserta didik menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan keterampilan mengamati, keterampilan menanya, keterampilan mengumpulkan informasi, keterampilan menalar dan keterampilan mengkomunikasikan.Abstract: Science practicum activities and efforts to improve the ability of students' science process is very important to present student learning that can be in direct contact with science objects. The purpose of this dedication activity is to improve students' science process skills through simple practicum and to provide an interesting science learning experience to students through practicum activities. The science process skills developed are the skills of observing, questioning, gathering information, reasoning, and delivering. The method used is the method of socialization and experimentation in the classroom. This activity was attended by 2 teachers and 17 students. Based on the results of the questionnaire and observation skills sheet it can be concluded that students show a significant increase in observing skills, questioning skills, information gathering skills, reasoning skills and communication skills
