APLIKASI BAKTERI PELARUT FOSFAT, BAKTERI PENAMBAT NITROGEN DAN MIKORIZA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN CABAI (Capsicum annum L.)

  • The aims of this experiment were to evaluate the response of red pepper plants with the provision of bacteria solvent application phosphate , nitrogen-fixing bacteria and mycorrhizae. This experiment used a randomized block design (RBD ) with 5 treatments and 3 replications.Each treatment unit represented 8 plants in polybags so that in this study there were 120 plants which consists of three plants as samples harvested ( destructive ) respectively at the age of 2, 4 and 6 weeks after planting (WAP), 3 plant samples were observed when non- destructive observation and two (2 ) backup plants. Results of this experiment showed that giving of compost + phosphate + mycorrhizal solvent bacteria produce an average of the highest growth in the varieties of pepper plants TM 999 , ie plant height at 2 WAP 81,00 cm and 83,67 cm at 4 WAP, number of leaves at 4 WAP 59,00 strands and strands 97,00 on 6 WAP. Leaf Area Ratio ( LAR ) in 14-28 days 73.95 cm2/g , and the LAR in 14-42 days 61,25 cm2/g , Net Assimilation Rate ( NAR ) at the age of 14- 42 days 0,03 cm2/g/day; whereas treatment ( compost + BPF ) which resulted in the growth of plants with an average height of the highest crop leaf area 4 WAP aged 84,63 cm2/plant -1 and 6 WAP 92,73 cm2.plant-1 , total dry weight of crop age 4 WAP ie 1,6016 g/plant – 1. Treatment ( compost + BPN ) produces an average growth rate of the highest cultivation of age 14-42 days, 0,8 g/ cm2/day increased to 0,17 g/cm2/day increased to 0,26 g/ cm2/day and Net Assimilation Rate ( NAR) ) at the age of 14-42 days 0,03 cm2/g/ day.
