  • The study aimed to determine the effect of cow biourine on P uptake and groundnuts production (Arachis hypogaea L.) on Sidera entisosls. The experiment used a randomized block design (RBD) consisted of seven rates of cow biourine treatments and each treatment had three replicates, so there were 21 experimental units. The biourine treatments included with no biourine application (control), 583 l ha-1 (210 ml plot-1), 1166 l ha-1 (420 ml plot-1), 1749 l ha-1 (630 ml plot-1), 2915 l ha-1 (840 ml plot-1), 2500 l ha-1 (1050 ml plot-1), and 3498 l ha-1 (1260 ml plot-1). The results showed that the application of biourine fertilizer had significant effect on such variables as soil C-organic, soil P-total, soil P-available, plant dry weight, P uptake, and number of pods.
